The Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Guide (NMCAG) primarily addresses administrative matters including procedures for processing documents for higher-level approval, internal reporting requirements, and discretionary practices.

Wide Area Work Flow-Receipts and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) WAWF is a DoD-wide application designed to enable authorized Defense contractors and DoD personnel the ability to create electronic invoices, receiving reports and eliminate paper from the process. Contractors can visit this site when they receive a government contract award to determine if they can invoice electronically.
