Beneficial Suggestion
Your ideas should be submitted on OPNAV Form 5305/1, via the chain of command, to your activity or local command Suggestion Program Coordinator.
If your idea is meant to improve local operations and suggestions within the scope of your local command operations, should be directed to your local coordinator.
Military Cash Awards
Military members throughout the claimancy should submit their ideas to the local Military Cash Awards Program coordinator. Often, local funds are available for ideas, and therefore, should not be bypassed
