ITT Programs

Eligible ITT patrons include: Active Duty Military and dependants, Retired Military and spouse, DOD Civilian Employees, Civilian Retirees, Temporary personnell assigned to the base on official duty, and contractors under current contract. ID must be shown at time of purchase. Purchases must be made in person, no phone call orders will be accepted. The Information, Tickets, and Travel (ITT) provides a variety of programs to liven up your leisure time. We provide a balanced mix of recreational, social, and cultural programs. Our goal is to provide the best program for the least amount of money, so you can feel assured you are receiving an outstanding value whenever you participate in our programs. Some of our offerings include: discount group and individual vacation bookings, group motorcoach tours offered at great savings, special events and social activites at low prices, discount admission tickets and coupons to local and regional activities, reduced prices on tickets and coupons to local amusement parks and major recreational attractions nationwide, business discounts and discount coupon books.

OFFICE POLICIES

  1. Registration and payment for all tours and events must be made at the ITT Office, Bldg. 214 Mon- Fri 9:00am –1:30pm. 2:30pm -4:00pm.
  2. Full payment or partial payment (as indicated on particular tour sign-up sheet) must be made to reserve space on tours and events. All ITT services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. All individuals are responsible for any additional costs incurred other than the services advertised by the ITT.
  4. Payment must be made by cash, credit card or check. Checks are payable to “NPC ME-ITT.” Must include drivers license number, name-imprinted on check, address -imprinted on check, sponsor's name if different, sponsor's command, and home & work telephone numbers. All information furnished will be used to identify, to this activity, writers whose checks have been returned unpaid.
  5. Customer who issues bad (NSF) checks anywhere throughout the Mech-MWR will be unable to use ITT services until payment has been received.
  6. All ticket sales are final. No refunds available for cancellation or no-show.
  7. Customers will receive a full refund if the ITT cancels the event. A minimum number of participants is required to conduct each tour/event. Tours/Events will be cancelled if there is lack of registrations.
  8. A Customer who occupies more than one seat must purchase the number of seats he/she occupies. If the motorcoach does not sellout (predetermined # set by the Program Manager prior to sale date), the ITT will refund the additional seat purchase. The customer must inform ITT in advance of the need for an additional seat, in order to plan for two seats to be taken from our seat inventory and to reserve them together. NSA, ITT does not condone discrimination in any form. We have Employees and Customers of all races, ethnicity, religions, shapes, and sizes. Our goal is to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for everyone.

TOUR POLICIES

  1. Participants must conduct themselves in a manner courteous to all other participants and abide by ITT tour policy and transportation company rules.
  2. No smoking or alcohol on the motorcoach.
  3. No audible videos or music will be played on the motorcoach. Electronic devices may only be used with earphones or headsets. Cell phones must be set to silent mode. Please keep conversations at a respectful volume.
  4. Participants must check-in with tour escort prior to boarding the motorcoach. The front seats are reserved for the tour escort. Please do not talk with the driver during travel. Any information relayed to the coach driver must be done through the escort. Patrons must sit with their guest(s). If additional seats are available once all participants have boarded, then patrons may feel free to move to another seat. Selected seats will remain the participants throughout the tour.
  5. All tickets will be distributed on the bus.
  6. All transportation to and from events will leave at previously announced times.
  7. Trip participants are solely responsible for ensuring prompt arrival.
  8. ITT is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property that may occur from any cause whatsoever as a result of taking part in an ITT sponsored event.
  9. The participants registered on the ITT sign-up sheet will be solely responsible for the ITT policies governing themselves and their guests.
  10. If violations on policy occur, the ITT reserves the right to remove the participant from the tour/ event and restrict participation for all future events.

Other Information

All organizations and individuals are prohibited to be in competition with the ITT. Promotions, activities, tickets, merchandise, and events that are specifically offered/sponsored/planned or discussed by the ITT are authorized and supported by the Command and considered as exclusive. ITT is funded through profits from the Civilian Cafeteris Association.
