 Joint Services Trip to Ireland! 8/30/12-9/10/12
The ITT Office is very pleased to announce our Joint Services Trip for 2012,
Ireland! The dates of the trip are August 30- September 10, 2012. The cost per
person is $3900.00 and includes your roundtrip air from Baltimore or
Washington (Dulles), airport transfers, hotels, some meals, some excursions,
and tickets to attend the Navy vs. Notre Dame game! It does not include travel
insurance (which is highly recommended). A non-refundable deposit of $500.00
per person is due when you sign up, and the balance is due by May 1, 2012.
(There is a single supplement of $450.00.) Please see the attachments for all
of the details. If you want to sign up for this trip, please fill out the
Reservation Application and either fax it to 717-605-7106 (then call with your
credit card number) or drop it by the ITT Office in building 214. Space is

7-Night Alaska Sawyer Glacier Group Cruise
The ITT Office is pleased to announce a new group cruise for 2012! A 7-night
Alaska Sawyer Glacier Cruise on Royal Caribbean's Rhapsody of the Seas from
August 10-August 17, 2012! We will set sail from Seattle, Washington, cruise
the Inside Passage, visit Juneau, Skagway, Tracy Arm Fjord, Victoria, British
Columbia and return to Seattle.
The prices on the flyer are per person and include your cruise fare and all
applicable taxes and fees. The prices DO NOT include your flights (you may
make your flight arrangements on your own, or have us make them for you
through Royal Caribbean).Flight prices are not yet available through Royal
Caribbean's Choice Air department and will be announced closer to the sail
date. If you are making your own flight arrangements, please consult with us
about flight times.
Gratuities and Travel Insurance are not included. Gratuities average about $10
per person per day. Travel Insurance depends on the type of cabin booked and
can range from $59-$119 per person.
The deposit amount at sign up is $250 per person (the flyer is not correct).
To guarantee your reservation, please sign before January 13, 2012 and make
your final payment by May 25, 2012.
