Mr. John C. Goodhart became the Vice Commander and senior civilian of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) in April 2006. As the number two official in the NAVSUP enterprise, Mr. Goodhart leads a worldwide workforce of over 22,500 military and civilian personnel, both in day-to-day operations and in strategic planning and business transformation. Master Chief Sidney Dawson Jr., a native of Chicago, Ill., enlisted in the U.S. Navy in June 1986. After completing Recruit Training in Great Lakes, Ill., and Postal Clerk “A” School at Ft.
