Robert J. Bianchi, Rear Admiral, Supply Corps, U.S. Navy (Ret.) is the Chief Executive Officer for the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM). In this position, he provides leadership and management oversight for the $3 billion annual worldwide operations of Navy Exchanges, Navy Lodges, Ships Stores, Navy Uniform Program Management Office, Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility and Personal Telecommunications Services.

Captain Christopher S. Bower

Captain Chris Bower, SC, USN, is currently assigned as the Deputy Commander, Navy Exchange Service Command, in Virginia Beach, VA.

Captain Bower is a native of Coronado, CA. Captain Bower graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the California Maritime Academy, where he received his commission in 1987 through the direct commissioning program. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1998.

Michael Good became Chief Operating Officer for the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) in March 2005. As NEXCOM’s senior civilian, he directs all NEXCOM Enterprise operations. NEXCOM is headquarters for the worldwide NEXCOM Enterprise, a $2.5 billion a year retailer.

Master Chief Robert A. Santiago is currently assigned as Command Master Chief, Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM), Virginia Beach, VA.

Master Chief Santiago was born in Vicenza, Italy, on January 03, 1961. After graduating from high school in Killeen, TX, in 1980, he worked for the Texas Department of Corrections and Baroco Electric Company. He enlisted in the Navy under the Delayed Entry Program in January 1984 and in November 1984 attended Basic Training at Recruit Training Command, Orlando, FL. He then completed Aviation Machinist Mate “A” school at Naval Air Station Cecil Field, FL.

Ellen Bennett
Chief of Staff / Vice President Corporate Operations, Navy Exchange Service Command

Ellen is Chief of Staff/Vice President Corporate Operations for the Navy Exchange Command. In this role she is responsible for interfacing with various Department of Navy and Department of Defense offices, other Service Exchanges and Navy Morale, Welfare and Recreation. She joined the NEXCOM headquarters staff in 1994.
