Supplying Our Team
Our worldwide, supply system enterprise is focused on recognizing the Navy's specific requirements and satisfying those needs. Our customers include operating units; hardware systems, operational, and support commands; and individual sailors, marines, and their families. To better meet our customer's needs, our support is provided through Naval Material Supply Chain Management, Services, and Navy Wide Support.
We have focused our efforts on continuous improvement. We use a tool called "Lean Six Sigma" to ensure our products and services produce the right support, and our processes are designed most effectively to deliver that support to the Warfighter.
