Your PII is included in the manifest developed by CBP. If it has been more than 120 days, you will need to request a new account due to security requirement. Visit the DPS site to request a new account. Once this process is complete all previous moves will be associated with your CAC. If you run into any issues with reactivating your account, you will need to contact DPS help desk at (800) 462-2176 (24/7).

MilMove is DOD‘s new system for requesting household goods (HHG) shipments under the Global Household Goods Contract (GHC). Once approved and ordered, moves will be supported by HomeSafe Alliance, the GHC single move manager. Before you start, check eligibility requirements at MilitaryOneSource.mil/GHC.
