With a simple email or a telephone call, DOD-wide customers can connect to specially-trained customer service representatives at the NAVY 311 Service Desk.   • UIC (N00367)
  • City and state
  • Department and/or code
  • Building and bay location
  • Commercial and DSN phone numbers
  • Userid
