Personally Procured Move (PPM)


WHERE TO SUBMIT NAVY PPM REIMBURSEMENT PACKAGE: 
hhgaudit.ppmclaims@us.navy.mil

KEY INFORMATION FOR SUBMITTING YOUR PPM REIMBURSEMENT TO THE NAVY HHG AUDIT TEAM:
  1. Preferred type of attachment is PDF
  2. Do not send packages using Google Docs, cloud based access, zip files, etc.
  3. You will receive an auto reply, KEEP this email as it establishes your date of submission. Date of submission is used to prioritize workload.
  4. Multiple submissions will delay processing.
NOTE: If the auditor is missing documents – reference PPM Settlement tab on the left – you will receive an email asking for the missing documents. At this point, your package is put on hold until documents are received.

b) Call: 855-HHG-MOVE (855-444-6683) option 1 between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Eastern
