Received Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Retirement or Separation orders (not DD 214)?
Gone to https://dps.move.mil/cust/standard/user/home.xhtml and below the photo clicked on 'sign in' or 'create an account'?
Created your profile in Defense Personal Property System (DPS)?

If you have answered No to the above questions, until you have official orders we are unable to process a move application. The move application MUST be created in DPS.

If you answered Yes, please review HOW TO READ NAVY ORDERS and proceed to the TIME TO MOVE and DPS GUIDES to start the process.
