NO ORDERS = NO HOUSEHOLD GOODS SHIPMENTS - In order for you to move your household goods, there must be BOTH an entitlement and funding. Overseas & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) - Going to or Returning From Overseas? - Part of the shipping process includes clearing US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP). Your PII is included in the manifest developed by CBP. To limit your PII from being compromised, it is recommended that you complete the Vessel Manifest Confidentiality Form which can be found in the “Time to Move - Overseas” section of our site. If it has been more than 120 days, you will need to request a new account due to security requirement. Visit the DPS site to request a new account. Once this process is complete all previous moves will be associated with your CAC. If you run into any issues with reactivating your account, you will need to contact DPS help desk at (800) 462-2176 (24/7).

What do I need to get started?

HAVE YOU:

Received Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Retirement or Separation orders (not DD 214)?
Gone to https://dps.move.mil/cust/standard/user/home.xhtml and below the photo clicked on 'sign in' or 'create an account'?
Created your profile in Defense Personal Property System (DPS)?

If you have answered No to the above questions, until you have official orders we are unable to process a move application. The move application MUST be created in DPS.
