Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor Fuel Distribution System specialists, representatives from Department of Health, and a U.S. Coast Guardsman collaborate during an unpacking operation at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii, Oct. 28, 2022. The unpacking operation will remove approximately one million gallons of fuel from three primary fuel pipelines connecting the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) to fuel points on JBPHH.
