Overseas & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) - Going to or Returning From Overseas? - Part of the shipping process includes clearing US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP). Your PII is included in the manifest developed by CBP. To limit your PII from being compromised, it is recommended that you complete the Vessel Manifest Confidentiality Form which can be found in the “Time to Move - Overseas” section of our site. NO ORDERS = NO HOUSEHOLD GOODS SHIPMENTS - In order for you to move your household goods, there must be BOTH an entitlement and funding. If you move BEFORE orders are issued, you will not be reimbursed for your move. Reference Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) Para 010206 and NAVSUP Publication 490 (P.490) Para 3.1
