NOTE 1:  Sending the package by express means will not guarantee Navy HHG Audit receives it faster since all mail is required to go through a military central mail facility.
 
NOTE 2:  Sending your package by email AND mail will not expedite your package being reviewed/paid.  Sending the package both ways, will actually delay the process.
