In order for you to move your household goods, there must be BOTH an entitlement and funding. If you move BEFORE orders are issued, you will not be reimbursed for your move.

Part of the shipping process includes clearing US Customs and Border Patrol (CBP). Your PII is included in the manifest developed by CBP. To limit your PII from being compromised,
it is recommended that you complete the Vessel Manifest Confidentiality Form which can be found in the "Time to Move - Overseas" section of our site.

If it has been more than 120 days, you will need to request a new account due to security requirements. Visit the DPS site to request a new account. Once this process is complete,
all previous moves will be associated with your CAC. If you run into any issues with reactivating your account, you will need to contact DPS help desk at (800) 462-2176 (24/7)
