The NAVSUP and Navy Supply Corps team share one mission–to deliver sustained global logistics and Quality-of-Life Support to the Navy and Joint warfighter. The NAVSUP/Navy Supply Corps team forms a vast network of professionals who deliver unparalleled products and services to customers in the fleet and across the world. The mission of NAVSUP’s Office of Small Business Programs is to ensure small business advocacy leads to a lasting impact on the quality of our products, economic market competitiveness and mission effectiveness for years to come.

NAVSUP OSBP Director's Message

Welcome to the NAVSUP Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) website. My hope is that you find the comprised resources helpful in navigating the NAVSUP enterprise and becoming familiar with the vast mission that NAVSUP supports for the warfighter. The focus of NAVSUP's Small Business Program centers around three major lines of effort:

1. Building Partnerships in the Acquisition Process
2. Optimizing Communications and
3. Improving Small Business Participation at the Prime and Subcontracted level.

The major link between these three efforts is ensuring maximum communication to industry, specifically on upcoming requirements and our mission.

Additionally, you can locate Small Business Professionals that support NAVSUP buying commands and the OSBP program under Doing Business with NAVSUP. Question 1: I want to do work with the Federal Government, where should I start?

Answer 1: For new companies, one of the best resources to utilize is your local APEX Accelerators. Under the program, APEX Accelerators (formerly PTACs) help businesses pursue and perform under contracts with the Department of Defense, other federal agencies, state and local governments, and with government prime contractors. Most of the assistance provided is free.

Question 2: I’m Interested in doing business with NAVSUP, who should I contact?

Answer 2: First, fill out the Vendor Interest Form (under 'Doing Business With NAVSUP'). Secondly, view the buying data available under “What NAVSUP Buys”. Once you have identified requirements you’re interested in, contact the associated Small Business Professional(s) (SBP) that support the buying office listed.

Question 3: How do I find current or upcoming NAVSUP opportunities?

Answer 3: All NAVSUP requirements are made available under the Navy Electronic Business Opportunities (NECO) https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and Federal Opportunities website sam.gov.

Question 4: Who do I contact if I have questions about my contract, including questions about payment as a prime or subcontractor?

Answer 4: For questions about your contract, contact the Contracting Officer (KO) listed on the awarded contract. Vendors may also contact the Small Business Professional in addition to the KO. Note: Have the contract number available prior to calling the Small Business Professional!
