Account Access

When was the last time you accessed your Defense Personal Property System (DPS) account?

If it has been more than 120 days, you will need to request to unlock  your  account due to security requirement. All technical issues with DPS (CAC cert, lock out ect) are handled by the DPS System Response Center at:

Any further CAC cert issue or NO CAC visit or contact your local transportation office.

Shipment Management

This guide shows you how to locate the assigned Transportation Service Provider (TSP) contact information.
Log in – https://dps.move.mil/cust/standard/user/home.xhtml
Click on Menu- Shipment Management- provide DOD # or your shipment GBL - You can locate your Origin or Destination TSP.
