Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC) Node Pearl Harbor

ATAC Pearl Harbor provides processing, packaging, transportation services for items Class IX spare parts (primarily repairables) or VII (primarily engines) for both serviceable and unserviceable parts. ATAC facilities use eRetrograde Management System (eRMS) to ship material directly to the appropriate destination and provide asset visibility during shipping.  FLCPH ATAC processing center is located on the 1st floor of Bldg 479 (Next to Regional Mail Center Pearl) by the Headquarters of the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor on Joint Base Pearl Harbor - Hickam.

Standard Operating Procedures:
Prior to Turn-In
  1. Verify specific turn-in requirements on the following website:

  2. For efficient turn-in, bring supporting documents (1348s / 2K / AWR / manifest) and affix applicable shipping labels in accordance with P700.
  3. For items that require draining/purging, unit must provide statement on DD FORM 1387-2.
  4. If you are unsure any requirement, please call for clarification.
 
Material Delivered by Customers
ATAC personnel will be responsible for the loading/unloading of all eligible DLRs brought or shipped to the ATAC staging area.
 
Material Picked up from the Customer
ATAC Pearl can provide support for picking up eligible DLRs.  Please contact using the above information to coordinate pickup.
Intercept Requests and Customer Returns
Customer may request ATAC to intercept items shipped erroneously for return to the customer.  For best results, contact ATAC as soon as erroneous shipment has been identified.
Training
The TARP representative can provide training and assist visits.  Please contact the ATAC team to coordinate.
